EFQM Circular Economy Lens
The EFQM Circular Economy Lens
The EFQM Circular Economy Lens – Help your organisation to become a role model for the Circular Economy by assessing and then improving its current approach to Circularity.
We all recognise that disposable consumerism and the enormous cost of waste, pollution, and carbon emissions are a thing of the past. Leaders globally are waking up to the need for a different approach: one that makes better use of the finite resources at our disposal. You understand the need for your organisation to be part of this movement, to act responsibly and play its part in tackling these global challenges.
Having a clear Economic, Environmental, Social and Governance (EESG) strategy that includes a focus on the Circular Economy is a key component of tackling these global challenges.
So that your organisation can make a full contribution to the *Sustainable Development movement we have, with the support of our Finnish partners, Laatukeskus, developed a Circular Economy focussed Lens based on EFQM’s globally recognised management model.
This Lens consists of two tools: a rigorous diagnostic tool and a light-touch questionnaire, both of which, based on the current Circular Economy maturity of the organisation will help your organisation to identify its “As Is” situation and develop improvement plans for greater Circularity in everything it does.
We invite you to join EFQM's Geoff Carter and Vinciane Beauduin for a 60-minute webinar during which we will introduce you to the Circular Economy Lens and hear from Laatukeskus on their involvement in the development.
We are especially happy to announce that the webinar will feature a guest speaker from the Metsä Board (part of the Metsä Group) a Finnish forest industry group that operates in international markets. Metsä Board, was one of the organisations that helped us to test and shape the Lens and in addition to sharing with the audience an overview of their own Circular Economy journey they will talk about the lessons they learnt from using the Lens.
Date: 25th April 2022
Time: 10:00 am CET
