Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Distinguished Academic Performance unveils the EFQM-Hamdan Education Model
Everybody wants the best education for their children- it’s a universal truth.
But when headteachers, governors, ministries and parents want to improve the performance of their school, educational institution or website, where do they start?
In collaboration with Hamdan Foundation, EFQM’s internationally recognized model for achieving outstanding performance and managing change has recently been tailored specifically for schools and educational institution.
It is now available to buy on the EFQM shop.
The EFQM-Hamdan Education model is designed to help school and educational leaders define their objectives and then set out a management agenda to improve their school or educational institution.
The model has ‘the best education possible’ at its heart, but recognizes the complexities of working with many different stakeholders- from parents to government departments.
It also acknowledges the subtle relationships between the ambitions, actions and outcomes of each school or educational institutions, and recognizes that each school has its own character, culture and purpose.

The EFQM-Hamdan Education model is a partnership which draws on the expertise of EFQM and Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Distinguished Academic Performance, in helping educational institutions to achieve constant improvement.
